WHO: Open to filmmakers of all ages residing in Washington State, Oregon, Idaho, or British Columbia.
WHAT: Short films (15min & under) with a focus on dance. Applicable categories include music videos, experimental/art, comedic, narrative, documentary, or any other films that are centered around dance & movement.
WHEN/WHERE: August 11th At Yaw Theater - 6520 5th Ave S Seattle, WA 98108 (Located at Equinox Art Studios in South Seattle’s Georgetown neighborhood). *Special discounted rehearsal rates at Yaw Theater for applicants to the festival*
WHY: Stella Kutz and Will Lemke have been friends since the late 90’s during their days at Franklin High. Stella is an accomplished dancer & choreographer, and built Yaw Theater as a studio and performance space focused on developing community and collaboration among artists. Will has been making films since his childhood, and opened Propadata Films in 2005 with a focus on exploring eye-opening stories. The two are excited to provide an event for local filmmakers and dancers to screen their works, and for Seattle theatergoers to support homegrown talent!

DEADLINE: All films must be submitted by July 1st 2018 to be considered for inclusion. Accepted films will be announced by July 11th 2018.
Film submissions will be reviewed by the Fuselage Dance Film Festival staff for inclusion in the festival. Filmmakers will be notified if accepted by July 11th 2018.
